Condos for Sale in Palm Harbor

Looking for condos for sale in Palm Harbor? Pick your price range for the condos for sale in Palm Harbor, then start looking.  Let’s glance at a couple of price ranges for condos. Do you want a luxury condo in Palm Harbor? That could be between $500,000 and $599,999. There are about 2,995 condos for sale in Pinellas county and year to date there have been 684 sold through October. The median price for condos for sale in Pinellas county for October was $125,100 vs. $95,800 same month a year ago. Tarpon Springs Events

If you are looking for Tarpon Springs events for November, the slate is jam-packed.  November 1, enjoy Night in the Islands. This features Florida’s best Greek musicians and is on the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, featuring Odyssey.  For more info, call 727-942-5605. Best of all, it is free.

Next up on November 4-9 is the Tarpon Springs Paint Out. This is an interesting event where you can watch artists painting on location and purchase the art directly from the artists. This happens at 128 E. Tarpon Ave. in Tarpon Springs.

Looking ahead to November, a big event, which brings in thousands of visitors for the weekend, is the Dunedin Wines the Blues.  This happy event will be November 8 from 5 – 11 PM.  There will be lots of entertainment, great blues musicians playing all evening, the local restaurants will be serving their outstanding menu items up and down Main Street, there will be vendors with various gift items available, and the merchants will be open late to accommodate the influx of visitors.  Come to Dunedin, enjoy the food, fun and music.
